Data Analyst

Job Summary As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing data which is used to model customer behaviors, create key profitability matrices and execute marketing campaigns. Day to day activities center around analysis of data, creating ad-hoc and structured reports, executing marketing campaigns (though mostly automated), and assisting leadership in developing business intelligence and enhanced process standardization.

Essential Functions

  • Run quality control process on monthly data sets
  • Run modeling based on customer behaviors
  • Run standard set of profitability reports
  • Create custom reports
  • Query data using SQL Server Management Studio
  • Create maps using ArcGIS
  • Execute marketing campaigns, both mail and digital

Competencies

  • A strong knowledge of SQL with at least 1 year working experience
  • Strong capability to problem-solve independently
  • High organizational skills
  • Experience with Excel (familiarity with PivotTables, charts, formulas, Data Tables) is highly desirable
  • Large database administration/design is desirable
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field is highly desirable
  • 1+ years working in computer/data related field
  • Ability to develop applications preferably in VB.net and/or C# is desired but not required

  • Pay: We offer competitive industry salary with discretionary year-end bonus. Salary is negotiable and commensurate with education, skills, and experience.

Audit Controller

Job Summary As an Audit Controller & ISO , you will oversee our day to day non-IT security operations. In addition, you are responsible for installing and maintaining our company’s security policies, education and awareness training and guiding our security team. One of your primary projects is centered around completing our annual SSAE18 SOC audit.

Essential Functions

  • Propose, create, write and update security policies for the company.
  • Lead and facilitate the annual SSAE18 SOC audit.
  • Coordinate and conduct new and on-going employee security awareness training and testing.
  • Be the principle in leading risk assessments with the security team.
  • Coordinate security metrics for evaluating the security posture of the company.
  • Create and execute new process for mitigation of risks.
  • Leading due diligence and tracking of vendors.
  • Issuing quarterly board reports on security posture of the company.
  • Lead the communication and agenda for the Information Security Team.
  • Coordinate with HR to track security violations and address offending behavior.
  • Respond to, track, and document security incidents/events.

Competencies

  • Experience within an information security team as a key contributor.
  • Experience with policy development and writing.
  • Knowledge of SSAE18 audits.
  • Basic knowledge of IT security infrastructure preferred.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to innovate and solve problems creatively.
  • Self-motivator with good time management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent writing skills, including knowledge of basic grammar and punctuation.
  • Excellent computer skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office software and competent keyboarding.
  • Timely attendance.
