Digital Campaign Manager
Lincoln, NE

Job Summary

The digital campaign manager will create and execute multiple digital campaigns across multiple platforms simultaneously. You are required to monitor pacing delivery and find ways to optimize based on client’s success metrics. The position requires you to provide insight and strategic recommendations to consistently improve campaign performance, and work with data team and analytical tools to create insightful optimization and performance reports. Also required to collaborate with internal teams such as account managers, ad ops, fulfillment, creative and data teams to communicate client expectations and campaign fulfillment.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years’ experience in digital campaign management: primarily search (PPC), display, paid social ads
  • Must have at least 2 years’ experience with AdWords
  • Proficiency and some comfort with Google Analytics
  • Extremely organized and great at managing deadlines
  • Exceptional project and time management skills

Compensation and Benefits

  • Pay – Competitive industry salary, with discretionary end-of-year bonus, is negotiable, based on education, skills, and experience.

Copywriter/Editor

Job Summary

The primary responsibility of the Copywriter/Editor is to write, develop, and edit copy projects for client marketing pieces, internal projects, and company prospecting.  Assist account executives, manager, artists and editing team with copy projects by providing edits, suggestions, and new direction.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, journalism, communications or a related field. Requires 2-plus years experience in copywriting and editing.

Data Analyst

Job Summary
As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing data which is used to model customer behaviors and create key profitability matrices. In addition, you will assist leadership in developing processes and creating software for our infrastructure with the goals of standardization and automation.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field is highly desirable
    1+ years working in computer/data related field.
