Job Summary

The Graphic Designer is specifically expected directly help improve the effectiveness of the department’s marketing pieces, strengthen department resources and processes and collaborate and grow skills with the entire design staff.\

This role requires creative strategy and collaborating to generate concepts and guide projects through completion. This designer will create digital and print assets including direct mail, advertising, digital and video for our financial institution clients. This designer will research and work independently to create work that generates responses, tests well and exceeds client expectations.

Essential Functions

Report to the Creative Manager and take direction from the Creative Manager on projects relating to the following tasks:

  • Design client creative work including print, digital, video and other support material
  • Develop concepts that are innovative and align with client expectations; follow up with account executives and offer creative direction as needed
  • Collaborate with creatives, account executives and others to work up concepts, work through changes and see projects and jobs through production
  • Verify information on proofs, moving jobs through our workflow and implementing changes from editors, account executives and clients
  • Develop new designs on spec, collaborate on new concepts and special projects, and collaborate with copy writer, designers and creative manager on creative strategy
  • Research applications and resources and show willingness and aptitude to learn new applications and trends
  • Other duties as assigned

Competencies

  • Adobe Creative Cloud primarily InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Email marketing and digital marketing experience desired
  • Understanding of digital marketing and UX/UI principles
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS

  • Work under supervision of the Creative Manager
  • This is a full-time, salaried position

sales support specialist - part time

Job Summary
As a Sales Support Specialist, you will work closely with the Haberfeld sales team to complete tasks and projects for lead generation and relationship building. You will be working in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects.

Essential Functions

  • Help coordinate and organize weekly internal sales meetings.
  • Assist sales team with lead generation activities including development and execution of physical outreach.
  • Manage mailing projects for the sales team and company.
  • Manage inventory of all marketing and exhibiting materials for the sales team.
  • Manage conference exhibit booth equipment, shipping, and logistics.
  • Help the sales team with ongoing communications with other internal departments.

Job Summary
The Business Development Representative position is primarily responsible for providing support to and working alongside the outside sales reps by nurturing and generating qualified prospective client leads across the country.

Essential Functions

  • Conduct prospecting activities for qualified lead generation across the United States (calls, emails, direct mail outreach, etc.)
    Note: This role will not have specific territories, but will prospect for leads as assigned by sales team on a daily/weekly basis.
  • Build professional relationships with banking industry executives, strategic partners, and banking organizations

  • Maintain information on contacts and accounts in CRM (Salesforce), and track progress with leads; review contact lists for targeted outreach
