Job Summary
The Data Analyst position is primarily responsible for analyzing and processing data related to the financial industry. This data is used to create direct mail recommendations and key statistics to aid in the creation of numeric analysis and customer behavior modeling.  Methods used include predictive analytics, exploratory data analysis, spatial analysis, cluster analysis and grouping techniques.

Essential Functions

  • Analyze customer behaviors by creating mail recommendations
  • Processing and analysis of customer data and mail lists
  • Generate various maps reflecting mail recommendations and customer locations
  • Analyze account opening behaviors
  • Create numeric analysis of consumer behaviors
  • Creation of various reports including cross-sell modeling, segmentation, retention modeling and trending analytics
  • Initiate methods to test new approaches and develop technology to help sustain business intelligence
  • Other duties as assigned


  • Expert knowledge and experience working with Transact-SQL. Ability to create and resolve complex SQL queries
  • Required knowledge of MS Excel and MS Access
  • Knowledge of, C#,, HTML, JavaScript, Microsoft SQL Server, Adobe Acrobat, MS Word, PGP, ArcView GIS, ACE and Match/Consolidate Views from First Logic is favorable
  • Knowledge of postal regulations is a plus

Job Summary
As a Sales Operations Administrator, you will work closely with the Haberfeld sales team to provide comprehensive reporting and tracking of sales activity and to complete tasks and projects for lead generation.

  • Administration of the Salesforce environment; responsibilities include customizing and implementing profiles, roles, security settings, sharing rules, applications, custom objects, custom fields, page layouts, process builder, validation rules, approvals, dashboards, reports, etc.
  • Maintaining & enhancing visual layouts, process builder and business logic to enhance business processes and improve user experience.
  • Developing, launching and managing in-depth dashboards and reports for all team functions at both management and individual levels.
  • Drive the innovative use of Salesforce as a productivity tool and business platform.
  • Remaining current on Salesforce best practices and technologies and advising on these practices for Salesforce based solutions.
  • Providing support to Salesforce users to resolve issues with Salesforce and related applications.

  • Own the end-to-end process of tracking the sales funnel and metrics and delivering regular insights to management.

  • Assist sales team with lead generation activities, including development and execution of outreach to prospective clients
  • Manage inventory of all marketing and exhibiting materials for the sales team.
  • Manage conference exhibit booth equipment, shipping, and logistics.
  • Help coordinate and organize weekly internal sales meetings.
  • Help the sales team with ongoing communications with other internal departments.
  • Invite prospective clients to our annual client symposium and Haberfeld University.
  • Answer inbound phone calls for the company.

  • Strong analytical skills (including proficiency with Microsoft Excel) and experience with reporting and data analysis.
  • Preferred proficiency in marketing automation systems and integrating those systems with other technologies and processes (Haberfeld uses Salesforce and Pardot).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technically capable, excellent communicator, and a desire to improve processes.
  • Timely attendance.

Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, English, Communications or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience implementing and configuring Salesforce.

  • Associate’s degree.
  • Two years of related experience.

inside sales representative

Job Summary
The Inside Sales Representative position is primarily responsible for providing support to and working alongside the outside sales reps by nurturing and generating qualified prospective client leads across the country.

Essential Functions

  • Conduct prospecting activities for qualified lead generation across the United States (calls, emails, direct mail outreach, etc.)
    Note: This role will not have specific territories, but will prospect for leads as assigned by sales team on a daily/weekly basis.
  • Build professional relationships with banking industry executives, strategic partners, and banking organizations
  • Exhibit at assigned banking conferences, including set-up and teardown
  • Assist with nurturing leads in the sales funnel with relevant information
  • Conduct all publicly available research on leads before exploratory meetings
  • Attend and take detailed notes on sales calls with leads
  • Collaborate with outside sales and marketing teams to develop compelling prospecting/marketing campaigns that generate interest and generate leads
  • Maintain information on contacts and accounts in CRM (Salesforce), and track progress with leads; review contact lists for targeted outreach
