What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with a strong team to onboard new clients and continually work with existing clients in keeping their employee’s top-notch!
- Analyze client policies, procedures and practices and recommend appropriate strategies for success.
- Prepare and present customized material for executive meetings and training sessions.
- Create and conduct webinar training.
- Plan and conduct mystery shop engagements, including writing comprehensive mystery shopping reports. Edit and analyze the reports for use in preparing an executive summary and corresponding training materials. Present results and implications to client executive management.
- Travel 50 – 60% of the time to fun locations all across the United States to meet our clients.

What You’ll Do:
- Analyze customer behaviors by creating mail recommendations
- Processing and analysis of customer data and mail lists
- Generate various maps reflecting mail recommendations and customer locations
- Analyze account opening behaviors
- Create numeric analysis of consumer behaviors
- Creation of various reports including cross-sell modeling, segmentation, retention modeling and trending analytics
- Initiate methods to test new approaches and develop technology to help sustain business intelligence
What You’ll Bring:
- We’re looking for someone who combines strong technical skill with sound judgment and curiosity.
- Associates orBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field preferred
Required
- Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with Transact-SQL, including the ability to design, optimize, and troubleshoot complex queries.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
- Proven success working in deadline-driven environments.
- Self-starter with the ability to manage priorities and work both independently and collaboratively.
- Bachelor’s degree (Computer Science, Data Analytics or related field preferred).
- Minimum of five years of related professional experience.
Preferred / Nice to Have
- Experience with Blazor, C#, ASP.NET Core 8/10, ASP.NET Core 8/10, Web API, REST APIs, JSON, GeoJSON, Google Maps JavaScript API and related technologies.
- Familiarity with data hygiene software and ETL processes.
- Background in large database administration or design.

Pay We offer competitive industry salary with discretionary year-end bonus. Salary is negotiable and commensurate with education, skills, and experience.
Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) You are eligible for our ESOP retirement plan when entry dates and requirements are met.
