The hotel rate for Haberfeld is $185 single/double occupancy per night. Based on hotel availability, this rate is available 3 days prior and 3 days after the symposium.
There is a $15 per day per room resort fee which includes the following items:

Discount Information on Northwest/Delta
Northwest/Delta offers discounts off published fares of 2% to
7%. Call your travel professional or call Delta at 800-328-1111 to make your
reservations. Provide the discount code of NM4RR. If calling Delta directly, you
need to mention that the $20 booking fee is being waived since the online access
is not working.
