Benefits and Compensation

Pay We offer competitive industry salary with discretionary year-end bonus. Salary is negotiable and commensurate with education, skills, and experience.

Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) You are eligible for our ESOP retirement plan when entry dates and requirements are met.

401(K) As a employee-owner, you will be automatically enrolled into the our 401(k) retirement plan at a 6% contribution rate to help secure a happy and healthy future.

Paid Time Off We believe in true work-life balance. That’s why we offer Responsible Time Off (RTO), pregnancy-related paid leave, paternity bonding leave, military leave, FMLA, company holidays and Haberfeld holidays.

Health We offer a high-deductible insurance plan to employee-owners and their dependents. You could end up paying a very low monthly premium by meeting certain health incentives.

Dental and Vision Insurance We offer a comprehensive dental and vision plans to its employee-owners and their dependents. Cost is zero!

Health Savings Account (HSA) If you are on the company medical insurance plan and open a health savings account, we’ll match up to $1,000 per calendar year to help with deductibles, prescriptions, contact lenses, etc.

Other Insurance We offer group term life insurance, short-term disability insurance and long-term disability insurance. Cost is zero!  At the employee-owner expense, voluntary group term life insurance is available.

Parking We pay for parking within a covered garage that’s attached (and right next door!) to our building.

Flexible Office Schedule We offer the ability for employee-owners to work remotely several days a week along with flexible regular business hours.
