Multimedia Graphic Designer

Job Summary
This role requires creative strategy and working closely with others to generate concepts and guide projects through completion. This designer will create assets including direct mail, advertising, email and digital for our financial institution clients. This designer will research and work independently to create work that generates responses, tests well and exceeds client expectations.

Education and Experience

  • Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts or related field required
  • 3 to 5 years agency, in-house or other design environment experience
  • Adobe CS primarily InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator; experience in Animate CC and After Effects a plus
  • Email marketing and digital marketing experience desired
  • Video production and experience preferred
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS
  • Understanding of digital marketing and UX/UI principles

Compensation and Benefits

Administrative Assistant – Sales

Job Summary
As a Sales Administrative Assistant, you will work closely with the Haberfeld sales team to complete tasks and projects for lead generation and relationship building. You will manage mailing projects for the sales team and company, answer inbound phone calls for the company, manage the internal meeting calendar, complete administrative paperwork assigned by the CEO, maintain inventory of all materials for the sales team, manage our conference exhibit booth equipment, and help the sales team with ongoing communications with other internal departments. In addition, you will take lead on inviting prospective clients to our annual client Symposium in the Spring and CEO Symposium in the Fall. You will be working in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects and report to the CEO. The position is full-time exempt, and some occasional evenings and weekends may be required.

Education and Experience

  • A bachelor’s degree om business, marketing, advertising, public relations, English, communications or related field
  • 1 to 2 years of administrative assistant/secretarial experience
  • Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment
  • Technically capable, excellent communicator, and a desire to improve processes
  • Banking knowledge/experience is beneficial but not required
