Client Services Project Coordinator

What You’ll Do:

  • Document and execute project timelines for Haberfeld’s digital platforms.
  • Onboard clients and build confidence in new users.
  • Respond to client issues and requests regarding Haberfeld’s digital platforms.
  • Communicate needs of clients and internal teams.
  • Create and maintain instructional guides for platform users.

What You’ll Need:

  • Excellent task management skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to organize and schedule work in order of priority and accommodate a fluctuating workload.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point.
  • Three years of professional experience and/or a bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Benefits and Compensation

Pay We offer competitive industry salary with discretionary year-end bonus. Salary is negotiable and commensurate with education, skills, and experience.

Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) You are eligible for our ESOP retirement plan when entry dates and requirements are met.

401(K) As a employee-owner, you will be automatically enrolled into the our 401(k) retirement plan at a 6% contribution rate to help secure a happy and healthy future.
